6 Month Lifestyle Transformation and 3 month Body Overhaul - Ask me about discounts!

Your program includes -


  • two 55-minute sessions per month for a total of 6 months
  • e-mail & text support between sessions
  • recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare

  • coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want

6 week reset

Your program includes -


  • Six 30 minutes sessions one per week
  • All the same options as the 3 & 6 month packages but with the main emphasis being on nutrition and exercise coaching



Graduate Programs

Tune Up


Your Program includes -


  • one 30 minute session per month
  • Newsletter
  • Limited email support
  • Invitations to webinars and presentations
  • relevant handouts and other links to information discussed during the session
  • This program is ideal for graduates of my Lifestyle Transformation Program .  It is for a client who feels they have all the tools they need to go ahead on their own but would benefit from a check in session each month to stay on track and receive guidance.



Working Progress

Your Program includes -


  • two 45 minute sessions per month
  • All of the same benefits as the Tune Up Program but with continued support between sessions with both email and text.
  • This program is ideal for the client who still has some areas of their life that are not quite were they want them to be and who know that a little extra guidance will help them feel more comfortable with their journey.


 

Six month Success

Your program includes all the benefits outlined in the Lifestyle Transformation program but with a discounted rate that is only for graduates of this program.  

 

Group Health Coaching

Your Program includes -


  • All of the benefits of the Lifestyle Transformation Program but offered in a group setting between 3-6 clients
  • you will also receive a private Facebook Community for your group
  • Grocery Store Trip and Pantry overhaul guidance (if local to me)



Six Weeks To Happy Hormones

Your program includes -


  • six 30 minute sessions one per week
  • an evaluation of your hormones
  • An in depth analysis of your diet, lifestyle and exercise regime
  • six week protocol handouts used by Dr. Sara Gotfriend a Havard OBGYN that uses nutraceuticals and nutrition to heal your body with the option to continue for 6 weeks if necessary


 

Clean Up Crew

Your Program includes -

A trip to the grocery store to understand what you buy and how to make a healthier switch, label reading and what you should be looking for and then back to your home to clean out your pantry and learn about sabotages in your diet that are hurting the health of you and your family. 

 

Speaking Engagements

If you have a group of people for example a corporate office, a group of friends or an organized club who would benefit from my knowledge, I am available to speak to your group about a topic in the health and fitness field.  Ask me about discounts for a series of presentations.

Topics vary such as but not limited to-Stress Management, Sugar addiction, What are Whole Foods Anyway? Women and Weight Training, menu planning and healthy snacks, Hormone Havoc Please Help!
