Fitness is a lifestyle. I use all of the classical training tools plus many more to keep my clients motivated and moving toward their goals. I accomplish this by blending traditional resistance training, flexibility training and aerobic training with cutting-edge training tools to challenge and keep things fun. Each program is unique and built around the clients goals.
I train many different clients both men and women; stay at home parents, pre/post-natal, athletes, seniors and clients with MS, Parkinson's and Diabetes. I specialize in postural assessments and help clients become pain free.

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I started out teaching aerobics classes when we used to have to use cassette tapes for music in class, sometimes we even used to tape music off the radio! Boy, I am showing my age!
